Edward Rowland

Edward Rowland is the Founder of The Whole Partnership and a leadership catalyst, senior executive coach, and team coach with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and organisations unfold their unique potential.

A leading Systemic Coach and Constellations practitioner, Ed co-pioneered this transformative approach in leadership contexts, learning from first-generation pioneers including Gunthard Weber and Judith Hemming.

With a background as a barrister and in creative industries, Ed brings a unique blend of rigour, creativity, and heart to his work. He co-founded the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC) and has worked with business schools and universities worldwide.

Deborah Haskew

Deborah Haskew is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist, supervisor and facilitator with over 30 years of experience in business. She specialises in guiding senior leaders through personal, professional, and organisational change using change consulting, Counselling at Work training and team leadership experience.

Following a midlife transition, Deborah integrated organisational and family constellations, Circles of Trust^®, and intuitive approaches into her practice. This enhances her holistic, systemic, and relational development services.

Based near Stroud with English and Irish roots, she draws personal inspiration and nourishment from family, walking, gardening, art, and the human stories that shape us.

Who is this book for?

This book is for leaders, coaches, consultants, and anyone seeking to develop deeper awareness and effectiveness in navigating complex systems – whether in organisations, teams, or their own lives.

Do I need prior knowledge of systemic constellations?

Not at all. The book is designed to be accessible to newcomers while offering depth for those already familiar with systemic approaches. It builds understanding progressively from foundational concepts to advanced applications.

When will the book be released?

The book is published by Routledge and will be available for pre-order from 2 September 2026. It will be shipping after 23 September.

Will there be companion workshops or training?

Yes! We are planning a series of LeadershipCircles and workshops online, alongside our existing taster experiences, training programmes and retreats. Experiential learning opportunities allow you to encounter this work with wholeness – of self and systems - and deepen your understanding and practice.
